Sassuolo: Four points in two games without Boateng ( Recent Form: L L D W D )

Sassuolo hit Kevin-Prince Boateng in the first half of the season, which happened to be transfer free. In his first nine games he scored five times, Sassuolo was in fourth place at that moment and was on to the next round of the cup. When he got injured, he was clearly missed and went less with the team from the Modena province. For two weeks, Boateng has been leased to Barcelona for the sum of one million euros; at the end of the season, this rent can take over Barcelona the Ghanaian for eight million euros. In the first two matches without the attacker Sassuolo showed it without being able to do it, in his own house was won 3-0 by Cagliari thanks to goals from Locatelli, Babacar and Matri. Especially Babacar seems to be able to take over the role of Boateng, he already made six goals this season. Also in the game against Genoa last weekend, Sassuolo was the better team, but could not turn a field superiority into a win. Despite eight good chances against only two for Genoa, the game ended in 1-1.

Juventus: Three disappointing matches in a row ( Recent Form: W W W L D )

Champion Juventus seemed untouchable this season, now it turns out that in Turin the selection is not wide enough to absorb some injuries. After the absence of Mandzukic, Juve got a harder time in the top duels and now the three best central defenders are injured, even PhD candidate Parma can score three times against the black whites. Out of Lazio in the last fifteen minutes a deficit was converted into a 1-2 victory, but the lack of creativity in the front was striking. In the first 70 minutes the team did not create any chance, for the first time in fifteen years De Oude Dame did not make a single shot in the first half. Hereafter, a defeat loss (3-0) in the Coppa Italia against Parma followed, leaving the cup holder out and the 3-3 home against Parma. Two goals and an assist from Cristiano Ronaldo were not enough, Juventus gave away eleven chances to counter-team Parma. After the weak show against Parma, the players got two days of rest. In the meantime, Bernardeschi seems to have recovered from the minor injury he sustained against Parma. Spinazzola, on the other hand, is struggling with a bruised ankle, Douglas Costa drove his Jeep total loss midweek but got rid of it unharmed, but he is still recovering from an injury he sustained against Parma. In addition, Chiellini, Bonucci and Barzagli are still missing and they seem to be focusing to get fit for the Champions League confrontations with Atletico.

After all, this competition is very difficult to predict. Juventus was very weak in the last three matches, against Lazio it should not have won, against Atalanta was not scored and in the home game with Parma it got three goals against. The 'BBC' (Bonucci, Barzagli and Chiellini) are missed with node and so I expect at least one other goal for Juve again.
